Warranty & Exchange Policy


All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover products damaged by normal wear and abuse, alteration by owner, intentional breakage, damage from accidents, wear and tear, or damages caused by uses other than the intended.



New, unused products must be returned or exchanged with a receipt to the place of purchase in accordance with the store’s return policy.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store, you may exchange or return the product within 14 days of the original purchase date. Product must be unused and in original packaging. There will be a 10% restocking fee.

To make an exchange, please email info@thebrusco.com with subject line EXCHANGE and include in the body of your email your full name, order number, product description, reason for exchange, and which product you desire.

To return your product, please email info@thebrusco.comwith subject line RETURN and include in the body of your email your full name, order number, product description and reason for return.

Upon exchange/return approval, you will receive an email with directions on where to send the product and an RA number. Please post this RA number on the outside of the box you are returning. Please pack all products VERY carefully. You should use a shipping company that offers shipment tracking. Brusco is not responsible for items damaged or lost in shipping.
